When selecting hops, we are presented multiple different lots to choose from. A "lot" is a homogenous set of baled hops totaling about 25,000-40,000 lbs. Each lot is unique, and can vary in oil content and aroma! This years Simcoe is packed with candied orange, ripe nectarine, and citrus flavor 🍻 We'll be making the trip to Yakima this year with our friends from Troegs to visit our growers!
