We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.

IPA - New England / Hazy

6.6% ABV

When we were out in Yakima this past September, we met Jason and the wonderful people from Roy Farms We toured the place and also were able to smell some experimental hops. ADHA218 was a hop that stood out to us immediately. ___ We brewed a Hazy IPA that highlights ADHA218, and combined it with our Citra to be the perfect pairing. 218 is the dominating hop, and this Hazy IPA boasts an intense mango, peach, and candy orange flavor.

Super Sessions

IPA - New England / Hazy

5.5% ABV

A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

An American Pale Ale brewed with all Cascade hops. Clear, clean, and flavorful.

Galway Stout

Stout - Irish Dry

A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%

DDH Broken Clutch

IPA - New England / Hazy

6.8% ABV

A Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca. Expect aromas and flavors that include tropical fruit, mango, and dankness. Oats were added to the mash to help create a soft body.

Galaro

IPA - New England / Hazy

6.5% ABV

Nectaron, Nelson, and Galaxy are used for a double-dry hop. White wine, mango-juice, candy melon, and juicy peach vibes! Balanced bitterness.

DDH Citra Sensation

IPA - New England / Hazy

6.5% ABV

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.

Traditional Pub Ale that has a balanced malt and biscuit flavor. Gently carbonated.

A Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with our great friend, Chez. We used Sabro and Bru-1, two of his favorite hops. Expect notes of pineapple, tangerine, and ripe mango.
