Wild Ale - Other

Our Witbier aged on our house sour culture. Orange zest was added to the barrel prior to bottling.
IPA - New England / Hazy
6.5% ABV
Hazy IPA brewed with Anchovy and Zumo hops grown on Segal Ranch. Candied watermelon and fresh lime zest.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
5.2% ABV
STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.

IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
10.0% ABV
Our Triple Hazy IPA recipe is double dry-hopped with Citra. Oats were added at a higher percentage to help balance the ABV and double dry-hop.
Wild Ale - Other

Northern Blue is a saison that was aged in a barrel with our house wild culture. After 6 months in the barrel, we transferred the brew to stainless steel, where we added butterfly pea flower and Motueka hop pellets. The result is a beautiful purple/blue colored sour that has a delightful candied lemon, herbal, and floral flavor.
Pale Ale - American
4.9% ABV
An American Pale Ale brewed with all Cascade hops. Clear, clean, and flavorful.
IPA - New England / Hazy
5.5% ABV
A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

An American IPA hopped with Simcoe and Chinook.

This indulgent 7.0% Milk Stout is aged on fresh strawberries, rich chocolate, and a touch of vanilla for a perfectly decadent experience! Contains lactose.
Pilsner - Other

This is a project we have been working on for some time. We took our award winning Pilsner recipe and hopped it heavily with Citra. The ABV has been bumped up to 6.0% to help balance the hop flavor and aroma. This beer went through our normal lager fermentation so it will taste very crisp and refreshing. Expect a juicy and crisp beer with a touch of haze

An American IPA dry-hopped with Falconers Flight, Simcoe, and Chinook.

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.

Hop Catcher is a culmination of combining hops from two of our favorite IPAs, Umbra and Pharmacist ?ADHA 218 and Sabro we're selected for our dry-hop and we couldn't be happier with the results. When our brewers took a sample, they said it smelled and tasted like "fresh squeezed tangerine and mango juice.
