Hop Catcher

Hop Catcher is a culmination of combining hops from two of our favorite IPAs, Umbra and Pharmacist ?ADHA 218 and Sabro we're selected for our dry-hop and we couldn't be happier with the results. When our brewers took a sample, they said it smelled and tasted like "fresh squeezed tangerine and mango juice.

Mountain Breeze

Mountain Breeze is our first Hazy IPA using hand selected hops from Yakima, WA. Walking through the fields of Citra and Simcoe were the inspiration behind this project. Citra has provided peach-ring, passionfruit and intense tropical flavor. Simcoe added stone fruit, intense citrus and mild pine.
Electric Countach

A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata. Strata produces a unique passion fruit and cannabis aroma, while blending well with Citra. Oats were used in the mash to create a large mouthfeel.
DDH Citra Sensation

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.
DDH Broken Clutch

A Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca. Expect aromas and flavors that include tropical fruit, mango, and dankness. Oats were added to the mash to help create a soft body.
General Russ

General Russ is a clean and refreshing American IPA hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Our brewers have learned a wealth of knowledge from Russ. This beer is an OG recipe that Russ brewed for Ryan in the beginning stages of Warwick Farm Brewing.
Abstract

Citra, Galaxy, and Amarillo were selected for our double dry-hop. Citra was used for the first hopping. We followed up by adding in a generous amount of additional Citra, Galaxy, and Amarillo to the primary dry-hop. Oats were used in the mash to balance out our heavy dry-hop.

DDH Juicy Pils

Our Juicy Pils base recipe double dry-hopped. Citra was used in the first and second dry hop to create a smooth and flavorful Pilsner. This beer went through our normal lager fermentation so it will taste crisp and refreshing. Expect a juicy and crisp beer with a touch of haze!

With our 5-year anniversary approaching, our brew-staff wanted to produce a unique beer that best represents what we enjoy drinking in the fall time. We settled on doubling our Dunkel recipe, and upping the ABV to 7.5% The result is an incredibly smooth lager that’s packed with toasty bread? flavors! Available this week!

A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.
