IPA - New England / Hazy
6.6% ABV
When we were out in Yakima this past September, we met Jason and the wonderful people from Roy Farms We toured the place and also were able to smell some experimental hops. ADHA218 was a hop that stood out to us immediately. ___ We brewed a Hazy IPA that highlights ADHA218, and combined it with our Citra to be the perfect pairing. 218 is the dominating hop, and this Hazy IPA boasts an intense mango, peach, and candy orange flavor.
IPA - New England / Hazy
5.5% ABV
A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.
IPA - American
8.2% ABV
8.2%. 100 IBU's. A Battle Ready Double IPA Brewed with Centennial and Simcoe hops. Enjoy!
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
9.0% ABV
Our first Triple Hazy IPA that is double dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Oats were added at a higher percentage to help balance the ABV and double dry-hop.

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.

Mountain Breeze is our first Hazy IPA using hand selected hops from Yakima, WA. Walking through the fields of Citra and Simcoe were the inspiration behind this project. Citra has provided peach-ring, passionfruit and intense tropical flavor. Simcoe added stone fruit, intense citrus and mild pine.
Lager - American
4.1% ABV
LIGHT BEER HERE. CLEAN AND CRUSHABLE. ALL CAPS
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
5.0% ABV
Our Czech Pils. Clean, hoppy, and enjoyable.
Bock - Single / Traditional
5.2% ABV
A summer-bock that's packed with flavor, but is lower in ABV. A traditional German malt bill was used, and then lightly hopped with some of our favorite Cascade.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
5.2% ABV
STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.
Sour - Fruited Gose
5.2% ABV
Brewed with a touch of salt to brighten the fruit and aged on a massive amount of dragonfruit, this beer is bursting with fresh tropical character. A hint of passionfruit rounds everything out with a bright, refreshing tartness. The result is a balanced fruit beer that's packed with flavor without being overly sweet.
Lager - Other
5.3% ABV
An experimental lager brewed with a brand-new malt that lends a rich red hue and layers of bready, toasty, and biscuit-like flavor. This beer is anything but ordinary!
Shandy / Radler
4.2% ABV
Our Lemon Shandy aged on pounds of lime juice and lime peel.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

A cider fermented with our English yeast, then blended with blood orange juice and clementine zest.
Bitter - Session / Ordinary
5.0% ABV
An English Bitter that is sessionable and malt-driven. Expect a clean and malt-forward beer that has a traditional English flavor.
Cream Ale
4.5% ABV
A crisp, light-bodied cream ale infused with fresh roasted coffee from Event Expresso.
Stout - Irish Dry
4.2% ABV
A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%
