Galway Stout – Our Guiness inspired Irish Stout

Sipping a Guinness at the iconic factory in Dublin remains one of my all-time favorite beer experiences. The journey through their multi-story tour culminates on the top floor, where you’re handed a perfectly poured pint to enjoy alongside stunning panoramic views of Dublin. My wife, best friend, and I spent a week traveling across Ireland, soaking in the breathtaking countryside. Every town we visited brought us to a cozy local pub, where we couldn’t resist ordering a pint of the world-famous stout.

When we returned home, inspired by the trip, we crafted our first batch of Galway Stout using our own Irish Stout recipe. What started as a tribute to those unforgettable memories has since become one of our best-selling beers.
