Pale Ale - American

An American Pale Ale brewed with all Cascade hops. Clear, clean, and flavorful.
IPA - New England / Hazy
6.5% ABV
Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Troegs and Pizza Boy! Hopped with our hand-selected El Dorado and and Simcoe! Expect notes of candy-pear, orange-zest, and bright citrus flavor! Available on NITRO on draft.
IPA - Red
6.0% ABV
In The Red is our collaboration with Warwick Farm Brewing. It's a Nitro West Coast IPA brewed with Pilsner and Red-X malt. Expect a balanced malt flavor with a prominent bitterness that’s softened with the addition of Nitrogen in the packaging process.
IPA - New England / Hazy
6.5% ABV
Nectaron, Nelson, and Galaxy are used for a double-dry hop. White wine, mango-juice, candy melon, and juicy peach vibes! Balanced bitterness.

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.

Hazy IPA brewed with Nectaron and Bru-1. Expect intense passionfruit, pineapple, and mango flavors!

Hazy IPA that has an intense tropical fruit drink flavor. This hop combo (Bru-1, Citra, Sabro) produces a pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, and piña colada flavor that reminds you of a beach-front. Oats were added in the mash to create a full-bodied Hazy IPA.

A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata. Strata produces a unique passion fruit and cannabis aroma, while blending well with Citra. Oats were used in the mash to create a large mouthfeel.

Our award winning Unfiltered Pils that uses flavorful floor malts and is hopped generously with a floral noble hop. It has a balanced malt and hop flavor that easy drinking, yet flavorful! We choose to keep this unfiltered by allowing the yeast to naturally drop over time at cold temperatures.
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
5.0% ABV
Our Czech Pils. Clean, hoppy, and enjoyable.
Belgian Enkel / Patersbier
4.5% ABV
Belgian beer at 4.5% with traditional Trappist yeast. This is a historical beer, which is known as a Patersbier.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
5.2% ABV
STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.
Cider - Other Fruit

A cider fermented with our English yeast, then blended with blood orange juice and clementine zest.
Pale Ale - Other

A Pale Ale brewed with fresh Spruce tips.

Our Lemon Shandy aged on pounds of lime juice and lime peel.
Bitter - Session / Ordinary

An English Bitter that is sessionable and malt-driven. Expect a clean and malt-forward beer that has a traditional English flavor.
Stout - Irish Dry
4.2% ABV
A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%
