STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
9.0% ABV
Our Countach recipe scaled up to a Triple IPA! Citra & Strata were used in the dry hop to create a strawberry, peach, and orange flavor.

When we were out in Yakima this past September, we met Jason and the wonderful people from Roy Farms We toured the place and also were able to smell some experimental hops. ADHA218 was a hop that stood out to us immediately. ___ We brewed a Hazy IPA that highlights ADHA218, and combined it with our Citra to be the perfect pairing. 218 is the dominating hop, and this Hazy IPA boasts an intense mango, peach, and candy orange flavor.
Pale Ale - American
4.9% ABV
An American Pale Ale brewed with all Cascade hops. Clear, clean, and flavorful.
IPA - New England / Hazy
5.5% ABV
A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

Belgian beer at 4.5% with traditional Trappist yeast. This is a historical beer, which is known as a Patersbier.

Our Lemon Shandy aged on pounds of lime juice and lime peel.

Brewed with Citra and Comet Hops, This Hazy IPA was made for tumblin' dice and ridin' every high like a true Gamblin' Man.
Lager - Pale

A Danish Lager that has been cold conditioned for an extended period of time. We used our Pilsner malt to help create a clean and crisp lager.
IPA - New England / Hazy

Crafted with a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Galaxy, and Citra hops, Hype intrigues the palate with a symphony of tropical fruit flavors. Each sip bursts with notes of passionfruit, peach, white grape, and mango. This Hazy IPA is a testament to the artistry of hop selection, delivering a bold yet harmonious brew that leaves a lingering satisfaction with every sip!

An English Bitter that is sessionable and malt-driven. Expect a clean and malt-forward beer that has a traditional English flavor.

Our American IPA. Hopped continuously with Simcoe and Chinook.
