A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.

A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

When we were out in Yakima this past September, we met Jason and the wonderful people from Roy Farms We toured the place and also were able to smell some experimental hops. ADHA218 was a hop that stood out to us immediately.

We brewed a Hazy IPA that highlights ADHA218, and combined it with our Citra to be the perfect pairing. 218 is the dominating hop, and this Hazy IPA boasts an intense mango, peach, and candy orange flavor.

Omg we love this beer. Nectaron, Nelson, and Galaxy are used for a double-dry hop. White wine, mango-juice, candy melon, and juicy peach vibes! Balanced bitterness.
