Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
5.2% ABV
STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.
Pale Ale - American
4.9% ABV
An American Pale Ale brewed with all Cascade hops. Clear, clean, and flavorful.
IPA - New England / Hazy
5.5% ABV
A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.
Lager - American
4.1% ABV
LIGHT BEER HERE. CLEAN AND CRUSHABLE. ALL CAPS
IPA - Triple
9.2% ABV
Triple IPA heavily hopped with Nectaron, Simcoe, Cryo Citra, and T90 Citra.
IPA - New England / Hazy

Mountain Breeze is our first Hazy IPA using hand selected hops from Yakima, WA. Walking through the fields of Citra and Simcoe were the inspiration behind this project. Citra has provided peach-ring, passionfruit and intense tropical flavor. Simcoe added stone fruit, intense citrus and mild pine.

Our DDH version of our beloved Electric Countach. Strawberry, peach-ring, and many other tropical flavors. Extra oats were added to the mash for an increased mouthfeel.

Our beloved Space Trip recipe that's double-dry hopped! Experimental hops 586 and 630 are used to create a cherry, mango, and raspberry flavor.
